Throughout his career, Kostas has worked across complex client environments, acting as a catalyst in shaping solid and insightful brand positioning and communication strategies, leading measurable business outcomes and providing tangible added value to the brands and organizations.

He brings extensive experience in organizational transformations including mergers, cultural integration, strategic resets and alignment of culture and capabilities - consistently focusing on strengthening market presence and enabling growth.
